Guys, while taking a photo of some items in a friend's display case, I noticed a badge down in the corner I couldn't identify. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I was back home so this is the best (and only) photo I have. Hopefully you guys can identify it for me as I haven't been able to find it in any of my reference books. Thanks for your assistance.

The writing seems to read "Wettkampfschießen", the tower is the Kyffhäuser-monument. In 1938 the "Kyffhäuserbund" (a veterans association) has to be renamed to "Reichkriegerbund". Both showd the monument on their caps, armbands, etc.
The rifles show us that this some kinid of shooting award.
So IMO a badge that was given for the shootings that took place for the celebrations of the name-change in 1938. -
