I like it but it may be ground dug and if that's the case the finish shouldn't look that good possibly refinished? Is it supposed to be a silver one?

It doesn't look ground-dug to me. Zinc would likely be a LOT more degraded if it spent a few decades in the dirt (unless it was in one of those bogs that seems to preserve druid corpses and tiger tanks). I do admit the finish looks a bit bright, but I think it may be due to bad photography. Other thoughts?

Looks OK to me, but it must have been stored in a very "unhealthy" place...
