I agree with Hans, an original by a still unknown maker.
The catch and hinge might be re-soldered due to the discoloration next to them.

I agree with the others, an unknown variant.
Strange about the discoloration that Tom mentions, I do not think the hinge has been messed with due to the finish still around the base.
It looks to me like the area around the catch and right above the hinge on the right side, someone has sanded the finish away for some reason.
