I have seen plenty of these Unknown #14s with rough cutouts, and actually is something I like to see on badges because it is a sure sign of being die-struck & trimmed compared to many cast fakes that have soft edges.

For the record, In my previous post I mentioned "clean cutouts", not "soft edges"
