I had this sent to me for inspection by a guy I deal with quite regularly. The initial photos were impossible to ascertain originallity but now that I have it in hand I'm 99.9% sure it's good (based on the information in Marc's book).

BUT being still relatively new to the badges game I would still like you guys to have a look.

Interesting, this is the first silver or "lighter" colored one that I've seen. Unless the color is due to the photo and lighting. I'm used to seeing matte black

Hey Eddie - I'm actually building a Heer Artillery Oberleutnant set that I intend to mount this on. So I'm it's more of a flak thing than a Luft thing.

Chad - The badge is actually quite a bit darker than what you see in the photograph. The daylight is brightening it up significantly.

Really nice HA you have there. It looks like it is either lightly worn or possibly unworn. The hardware looks perfectly new.
I'm in line behind Eddie if you ever want to pedal it.
