A magnetic back plate on a Juncker clasp is always a bad sign. These are manufactured from zinc, so these are always non-magnetic.
On your clasp there are traces visible that this plate was out at some time.

I agree with Daniel, it looks like the bottom right crimp has been re-crimped at some point.

AGREED, magnetic backplate on a Juncker is a no-no.
