    Good or Bad R.S. PAB?

    Hello all,

A freind asked me if I could post this PAB here for authenticity. Thanks for all your help in advance

Also, being a former tank driver, loader, and gunner myself I have always been interested in collecting these so could anyone please tell me where I could purchase a good PAB book? All the best MFG, Lee

          Lee,

I must agree with the others, not a good one, sorry.

The BEST PAB book is "The German Panzer Assault Badge" by Philippe De Bock. It's out of print, but I believe Militaria-Berlin still has some http://www.militaria-berlin.de/main/...53&suche=start

I also found another company that advertises it; don't know if they actually have any http://s249563560.e-shop.info/shop/a...).html?pse=apq

EUR 155,00 may be steep, but this 2-vol text is worth every penny - detailed explanatory text, with great images and close-ups.

Interesting that there is a modified Hauptmünzamt Wien hardware on there.
