Much closer pics of the GAB are needed to be sure if this one is an original or not. Looks to be a Wurster, but there are very good fakes of this type of badge on the market, and its impossible to tell for sure what we are looking at. The hinge area looks suspicious to me, as well as the base metal.

Not sure what you are saying with you got the same one a couple weeks ago, but like Tom said, you would need much better pics than the ones you posted.
