PAB out of a Afrika grouping

I have got this nice Afrika grouping from directly the vet´s family.
I would be interested what maker is the PAB and is it bronze or silver type? looks like a tombak silver one and the silver finish is completely gone?

      Casey,
It appears to be a very nice bronze dishback PAB. Nice score. By the way, it is a zinc example.

      Zinc stinks!

I can only agree, a fine original "dishback" PAB. Nice grouping.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

            Hi Casey,

Agree a nice dishback with plenty of finish left.

            Regards

              Hi guys,

I think we aren't looking at a dishback here but at a scooped out flatback, which also seemed to have received some sort of dish on the reverse.
              Kind regards,
              Giel

Sorry, but I don't buy the story. Nice stuff in there though...

PAB looks really nice, the Italo German looks to be a fine original, 2 killer cuffs and would love to see that ring. Matt
