Help with IAB maker!!!!!

I have just bought this nice IAB on estand. I would like some maker opinions.

Hi Nicolai,

This IAB is by a still unknown maker, commonly referred to as the "broken stem". Whoever the maker was, they were pretty active as these type of IABs are pretty common and they also made PABs, Heer Flaks, GABs, and pretty much every type of Kriegsmarine badge.

Hey Tom,
How do we know what badges they made if we don't know who the maker is?
Does the hardware set up tell you or is there some other aspect of the badge
that is consistent with the other badges from this maker?

Very nice "broken stem" though with a really nice finish. I was very close to jumping on this one also.
