          Nice original László!

Even in this condition I would have it in my collection as these are damn hard to find!

Yours doesn't seem to have the typical O mark on the reverse of the eagle's head, I had one simular.
          Kind regards,
          Giel

            Not 4 me.

I guess it's nice since ur on a 1st name basis, but not for me. Not your typical cut out either.

              Hi Laszlo,

I agree with Hans, a perfectly fine original Orth PAB. I wouldn't hesitate to pick this one up, as Giel says these are quite uncommon. I would snap it up in a heartbeat, its a textbook original in pretty nice condition as well.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

I like it, still one that is missing in my collection, hard to find for sure.

                    Second thoughts

I was looking at this particular badge and I have 2nd thoughts as to it being a good one?
Compared to the examples in Phillippe De Bock's fine book on PABs there are Big differences
Check the cutout behind the rear of the turret and the wreath, The end of the gun barrel and the little wheels in the middle of the track?
Am I just paraniod or does it seem quite different?

                      Hi Steve,

Can you highlight the discrepancies you are seeing?

                      Thanks

The top of the turret has a flat spot on it that I don't see on original examples on the WAF and from the reverse you can clearly see that the cut out extends further down the back of the tank.

Interestingly enough, I have found this thread with another good fo pab that also has the cut out that goes further down the back of the tank and like the badge in question has no "o" mark it.

                              Interesting?

                              The plot thickens?
