Also, who is the maker (A.S.) supposed to be?

Hi Chuck,

That one is good, but the catch has been replaced and the ball hinge has been re-attached.

A.S. is thought to be the Adolf Scholze company.

This is what it would have looked like with hinge and catch intact.
