wearing the same award twice on the tunic?!

i have looked up the africa cufftitle section and found a very interesting pic:

it seems that he wears his ribbon bar in both (long and short) styles, and 2 times the 2nd patern and 1 time the 1st patern schnellboot badge.

are other pics existing with similar decorated persons?

Dear Christian,

Photos are taken on many occasions. I strongly assume this is a "fun" picture, even if it was taken pre 1945. Maybe it is 50ies, wearing fathers or grandpa´s tunic, who knows?
