            It must be a new term because me and my wife have been stayed in Leeds during 1989-1994 and never hear it during that time, or the people there just pretended to be polite?
            I knew the term probably not meant it but all I can say it was not funny for me. Years ago we usually called a fake fj lid "Czech made", at least some fakes did come from Czech. Don't know why "made in Taiwan" came out as a funny term here.
