before i bought the badge from Klaus Butscheck i asked one of the mods here and it was declared fine,

the only postwar thing like i said on the description is the plaque at the back!

These are a bit controversial. I agree that the plate could be a replacement, and the finish makes me think it is a post-war Souval clasp. But the reverse hardware and crimping are in line with wartime products, so I think the jury is still out on whether or not it is a late war badge, or a postwar souval copy using the original wartime dies.
