I am interested in buying this badge. The photos are those of the seller. I have spent some time going through threads about RS GABs and feel that this is a well-worn original badge with a less common maker mark than the usual rounded letters used by this maker. It seems that the consensus is that Souval's post-war production used a different catch. Am I right, is this a pre-1945 badge? The unusual hardware setup appeals to me. All comments and opinions would be appreciated.

I think the badge is good, but as I can't see the base of the hinge and catch areas, I did not want to dive in and say everything was ok with the set up.
Quite often, RS use hinges with base areas bent 90 degrees to the upright hinge, and I can't see those.
Probably all ok, but pics might help
regards
Graeme
