One of the PAB's you show is the same fake you posted in another thread from another dealer. Come on now, focus..... The numbered GAB is pathetic along with a few of the others. However, credit is due as you are posting these for opinions first.

I think you would be better off posting badges one at a time. You will get better analysis. When guys see 10 badges posted at once and some are obvious fakes, they lose the will to live.

Seriously, post one at a time, some guys over here put in a lot of time analysing badges for the benefit of others.

          cheers

Graeme is spot on about posting everything at once. Very few of us are comfortable commenting on three or more types of badges. This is explained by the fact that most of us only collect a few different types of badges. Even with some of the outstanding books available today there is way too much in the world of TR collecting to be knowledgable in more than a handfull of intrests.

                Obvious reproductions.

I'm not sure about the kriegsmarine badges, and the GAB looks like a repro Wallpach?

The Assmann Observer stands a chance at being original, but the glider is certainly fake along with pretty much everything else.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Not an expert, but I am willing to bet the JFS 75 is bogus. The rivets on the assmann look abit different, but everything else on it looks alright.

75 JFS pab clearly with shrink eagle, funny claw , wrong pin, wrong rivets etc.. Both triangle AS pab are fake(wrong catch base and base material). HA pab also a bad one.
Wow! Hope you got luky on other badges. Kwen.

Some of the badges are repaired or corroded but heres my take based on the pics and I think it is fairly accurate. You haven't hit a complete pile of crap some of the badges are original

                          Fritz Todt- very nice original
Luft ground assault- I think probably good
                          Observer- original
                          Glider- fake
                          BKA- fake
                          HSF- real
                          Uboat- real
                          EK1 possibly good
                          Spanish crosses- fake
                          DKs- fake
                          Olympic- real
                          Medal bar- real
                          Police 8- real
                          Party badge- fake
                          Honour roll clasp- fake
                          IAB- possibly good but corroded
                          HA PAB- looks good
                          AS pabs- fake
                          75 gab- fake

Hope that helps, if you get better pics and some discussion in the right places of those that are possibly ok you might end up with a nice selection of good medals.
