IAB maker?

Hi guys, I have another IAB I'm not able to understand who is he maker.
Probably it's unknown but seems to have some particulars of an Idar-Oberstein.

Can someone help me?

I agree with Hans, an unknown maker with not much of the original silver finish remaining.
