got this unmarked IAB along with some good cloth items ,i am not up to par on medal badges ,would like to know if this badge is attributed to a specific maker,or is it a bad one? many thanks if anyone can help me out

it´s an original badge with repaired hinge.The marker ist still unknown.

Its a so called Broken Stem, IMO the catch is repaired not the hinge.Comment

I agree, a good "broken stem" IAB with repaired catch.
