Identify set up on PAB & WB

I have run across two badges, from different sorceress with the same pin & catch set up. I have searched the forum but have not had much luck.
Can anyone identify it?

Altough I'm surprised to see a 7 wheeler design on the PAB, both pieces have a post war Souval set up making them Souval pieces.
