Help, are these fakes?

I bought a hand full of German items and was feeling pretty good about them...until I was told one was a fake. Now I am fearful that they all may be fake. Would the viewers critique them for me and let me know what I have for sure? I am going to try and post them in the correct catagories instead of putting them all in one place. Thanks.

Odd ribbon set up though. On second thought the ribbon bar may be post-war and was assembled in the wrong order, not sure though.
