      I'm no expert on Third Rech Badges (especially high end pieces such as the Anti Partisan badge) but that catch is a dead giveaway for REPRO.

                  The top one is a post war souval by the catch. The skull looks funny to me as well. The bottom one... The skull looks different from the ones I have seen here on the forum as well as the pin.
