      Hi Kokstok,

Would it be possible to post a bigger picture of the obverse of you IAB?

Very nice unmarked JB&Co. Note the unusual stippling on the oakleaves.

IMO one of the nicest designs of IAB

Maybe the condition of your IAB is , however your pictures are excellent!

                          JB&Co unmarked

                          Fellow forumites,

When i saw this IAB, something felt wrong. I then decided to
do a search on the forum, to see what has been said about
the JB&Co-badge. This is what i found.

The first thread was from Yuri 01-16-2002. A list of IAB-manu-
facturers was presented and differently marked badges was called
for. Björn Jervas confirmed the JB&Co-marked badge.

The second thread was from Mark Schroeder 01-26-2002. A nice
JB&Co-marked badge was presented by Mike K. and again confirmed
by Björn. The badge was semi-hollow and had a complete round
ball-hinge. Referrence was also given to Tim Curley´s article in "Der
                          Gauleiter" from 1992.

When Kokstok presented his badge, four members gave it and
Roman presented an unmarked semi-hollow with the JB&Co-
characteristics. I have no problems with Mike´s and Roman´s
badges. I also know that there is a world outside the forum and
that acceptence can be found elsewhere. What I can´t understand
is the unconditional approvel of Kokstok´s unmarked flat-reversed
                          badge.

Compare this badge with a flat-reversed Hermann Aurich Panzer (by
"all" considered fake). I don´t know what gave the Aurich-badge
away, but I shure would like to know what makes Kokstok´s an
original, considering the lack of previous illustrations (at least to
my knowledge on this forum). If I´ve missed something here (which
I probably have), please enlighten me.

                          Regards
                          Peter

                            sorry,

unmarked flat-reversed badge. Compare this badge with a flat-reversed
Hermann Aurich panzer (by "all" considered fake). I don´t know what gave
away the Aurich badge, but I shure would like to know what makes
Kokstok´s badge original, considering the lack of previous illustrations
(at least to my knowledge on this forum). If I´ve missed something
here(which I most probably have) please enlighten me.
