anti partisan pin opinions

This is the first i've seen one of these; i did not find anything by doing a search on the forum on this particular pin. perhaps someone with more knowledge can shine some light on this particular piece. real or fantasy piece?

It is a Legion Condor Panzer Badge stick pin.

The hardware looks incorrect for original stick pins, and I'm not sure this particular stick pin even existed.
