IMO, run away! There are a number of configuration differences between the one shown and the recognized configuration of an original f.o. (in other words, the one shown is a fake).

As Greg pointed out there are enough areas to worry about even with those awful pics...

Ask for better pics, at least so we can see what it looks like close up..
