It looks fake to me....skull details seem poorly defined...just my amateur take on this for what its worth.

I like it except for the pin/hinge. I've never seen that set up on a BKA before.....

The badge is original, with replaced hardware. You can see the square recess where the correct hinge would have sit.

I would not spend a dime on this badge unless I saw it hand, or had MUCH better pictures.
