Hollow GAB Opinions

I've had this piece nearly twenty years and would appreciate some learned opinions on it. The pics are the best I can do. Early fake? Late war piece? Maker? Anyone seen one like it?

Does anyone have additional information on this type badge? Such as who was the maker?

It does not seem like a fake to me at all. Rather a quite rare type of hollow GAB.

Thanks for the reply Frank. Just from handling it and looking at the others posted on this board I get the impression it was manufactured somewhat late. It appears to have been finished with silver wash, which has rubbed off the high points and can be seen in the photo. It is also unmarked. Notably, there are no cutouts beneath the swastika. Anybody else got one?
