    GAB -- Help Needed

    Gentlemen,

Here is a GAB I have in my collection. Can you guys help me with the maker and the reference pages in Frank's book?

    Many thanks,

    Mike

    Nice badge!

    Hello Mike,

The maker is Rudolf Karneth of Gablonz an der Neiße, but I don't know the page cite from Frank H's book.

    Best regards,

Thank you, Tom, Eddie, and Hans!

I have a couple more yet to show, I believe. I love Frank's book but it sure saves time when you guys know right where to go.

          All the best,

          Mike

            Hi Mike,

I can only agree with the others, a very nice Karneth. Not the most uncommon badge, but their reverse hardware is really nice and yours has excellent finish left.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

                Hi Mike

It looks a really nice detailed badge.

From the pics ,the finish looks a little strange in places on the obverse, especially around the bayonet cross guard and top of the bayonet handle. I hope you can see the areas I refer to.
It may be just the pics?

                regards
                Graeme
