Yes, it is a "Rudolf Karneth", although that might not be the actual maker.
Looks to be in great condition.

Hi Wim,
Not much new evidence to speak of. Only that the initials of "RK" could mean Richard Kriesel, who was also located in Gablonz and did make badges.
