I'd like to know manufacturer on this nice hollow metal sheet IAB.
Can be this B.H.Mayer?
It has some characteristics for this marker on the wreath with leaves details and eagle head is very close.

Yes you are right, this is either a Frank&Reif or BH Mayer design.
