I have searched the forum for RS IAB´s and I don´t know what to think of this one?

What is the verdict fake or original?

Hi Guys

I do not think the finish is original to the badge. And the thickness of the finish makes it difficult to determine if the badge is original or not.
Certainly imo the hinge and catch are not original to the badge

I agree with Graeme and think an acetone test will show the finish is not original.

The catch and hinge have been replaced and you can see scratches that run underneath the hinge plate so an adhesive of some type would stick. The gaps around the catch plate also show it has been reattached IMO.

I suspected this one was a bit scetchy.....I don´t like the finish either.......
