                  I agree a fantastic original but I would suggest putting a little vaseline on the zinc pest that has formed on the left part of the clasp.

                        It looks to me like the whole badge has been treated with Vaseline before. Note the oily looking finish.
                        If a little Vaseline is good then lots is better
