Double checking a coupla' combat clasps.

I have a combat clasp in bronze & silver. I am going through all of my awards and qualification badges to verify their authenticity. There might be a coat of some kind of protective liquid plastic material on the clasp in silver but I'm not sure.
    Thanx,
    Tim

      Hi Tim,

The Silver is a good FLL, but like you say is heavily messed with having some type of lacquer on it.

On the other hand, the bronze is a very common fake.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
