SS 14th Grenadiers 'Galizien'

Afternoon all...

Recently found out that my Granfather served in the 14th SS Grenadier Division after identifying 3 of his medals from WW2. Does anybody know a good site with pictures where i could identify the rest of them? One of them is from Brody, the other 2 are service in 'Galicia Division' and service in 1st UNA.

If anybody can help that would be great, i'll get pictures up as soon as my Grandma send them to me,

Certainly was a shock at first, generally when you see Waffen SS in any context it can be quite a shock!

After doing plenty of research though i've found out a lot about motives for joining the division etc....

Don't think he told my Gran he was a former SS soldier though, which was a not so pleasant conversation, in the end i had to say i'd been mistaken
