IAB with number fragment?

Hello,
Man claims that he found this sign in together with the Stug parts. In your opinion, what is the sign?
My opinion, it is fragment of IAB with number.
Size 4 x 3,2 cm.

If real, that eagle has never been mounted, as the mounting devices (can't reme,ber the correct word) seems to be intact.

I dont know what to make of it, but if you were to remove the two pins on the back of it you would have the beginning of a fake JFS PAB, atleast it looks like it was inspired from a JFS eagle.
