Panzer kampfauzeichen - bronze - 50

Hi guys

We all know how attractive these numerals PAB badges are. Rare but always on sale once in a while, especially the 25 and 50 versions on PAB in silver.

Now, I've always been told the bronze type are more scarce. Do not remember seeing a 50 in a long time if I ever saw one. And do not mention the envelope.

How rare is this badge?
What makes it so rare?
Not to many made during the war?

Im getting the idea this is a real "FIND", right?!

looks very good from that pic- can we see the back? and yes very rare indeed in bronze. Looks like the finish has absorbed quite a bit but still in very nice condition and that packet has got to be very scarce on its own! I was lucky enough to find a mint one of these a short time ago (now belongs to another member) and I attach pics for your comparison.

If you buy a Brehmer badge, 1 of the 5 will be a "50" assault, the "25" grade seems to be rarer here. Still, the bronze one with envelope is a killer
