GAb 25 and PAB 25

Would appreciate some opinions on these please. the GAB looks really quite good to me but not so sure on the PAB? all opinions appreciated

I'm not an expert in GAB, so I can't say anything about this badge.
The PAB 25 looks like very similar to the original JFS PAB 25, but it doesn't convince me at all. Sorry.
Only one question: Are hinge and pin magnetic?
