i look for awards and patches for foreign volunteers under the german uniform. Dosn't matter if it's copy or not , where can I find them ?

Patches

Lato - Check out Gailen David's site. Go to cloth items. I just saw that he had a bunch of patches for SS foreign volunteers. Check it out. He is a very reputable dealer that has been around for some time. All his items are authentic, too!

Is there a place to find good decorations like the ostmedaille or the medal for the spanish blue divison or the french "croix du légionnaire" for LVF volunteers ?

I've just take a look at Gailen David's site. It's very expensive !!!!
Is there another place cheaper or where i can find copies ?

Lato- There are plenty of repros out there, just go to any reenactors site & if they don't have it, they will probably have a link to a site that does.

You could try collecting Heer type Volunteer Sheilds, like the ones below.
They're usually just printed on a sheet type cloth & depending on which one, range from $20-$50 each.

As for badges, they are going to run you a bit more. I'm not sure if they make Repro Eastern Peoples medals or not. But I'm sure if they aren't yet, they'll be faking them soon enough!
