    Picked this badge up yesterday at the war and peace show and would like to know if its ok and if anyone knows who the maker is.

        Agreed, this is a rare and beautiful example. (Militaria Berlin asks 350€ for these...)

          Very nice original GAB. I think this maker is still unknown. Frank claaims in his book that all GAB's by this maker having a c-hook which opens to the left but that's only theory I guess.

              Welcome to the club (if you weren't in it already). This type is my favorite GAB and is the pinnacle of a GAB collection IMO.
