I have received this Flak of the Heer. It needs to the hinge and needle, that apparently have tried to weld again. that thinks? They know the manufacturer?

Hello, this badge looks like to be a Vienna design (Rudolf Souval), I've never seen seen this type of catch on this manifacturer, the other funny thing is the appearance of material which should've been removed - between the eagle's wing and the gun barrel.
The detail looks good, but bear in mind that this is the most faked (and also postwar produced by this maker) of all the heer flak badges!
