GAB Opinions please.

I got this in one of those JFS bogus GAB packets. The pin and hinge, for sure have been repaired, but when? I see globs of solder were it was reattached. It kinda looks like Mayer design I think, but not confident enough to say. I see a tombak type metal coming through the finish, but will leave analysis up to the experts.

Hi Dave,i think you have either F&R or BH Mayer like you said and it looks original to me to bad about hardware,otherwise nice looking GAB.

Thank you very much for your reply and compliments.
I was beginning to think I had been flagged as an a@#hole.
Who knows maybe I have been.
Anyway, it's good to know it wasn't a total waste, like I said before
it came with a JFS packet (bogus of course) and it has had me
worried for a while. F&R shared GAB die's with Mayer or just a similar die?

Thanks again Eddie, you learn something new everyday. Do we know why they shared this die and not other badge dies, or did they share other dies?
