can you post more pictures from the IAB and the case.
As far as I know there were no cases like this for IAB-s, only boxes and packets.

Pictures are small, but the EKI is a Wachtler & Lange in my opinion.EKII and Eastern Campaign also OK.

Clearer pics of the inside would be good.
Maybe post in the packets and cases forum and see what Marcus has to say about it as Anubisz is right in that they only came in packets and boxes, at least that is all I have seen them come in. Does the case insert come out and if so does it have any numbers or writing underneath it?
Could it possibly be a repro LDO case for wound badge?
Still would like to see the IAB close up if possible.
