This one looks to be patterned after the "Pillow Crimp" which is attributed to the Vienna Design family of IAB's.

If you check the vein patterns they pretty much match. Looking at the reverse you can see the so-called Pillows for which it gets it's name that are to hold the hardware to the badge.

In the case of this badge, the faker could not figure out how to get the "Pillow Crimps" to work.
