    Fischer,

No, all my L/56 IABs are Silver.

But your mention of Bronze reminds me - Last week Mike Heuer sold a number of IABs to include a Silver one in "steel." I have a bunch of these Silver IABs in steel and normally you only see the steel IAB in Silver. But, some where along the way I have acquired a steel IAB in Bronze. Anyone else have one of these?

        Hi Tim

You are referring to the ShuCo steel variant correct?

        Best Regards, fischer

          Nice addition Tom

These L/56's used to be a favourite of mine, I think because they were so chunky.

That is what I love about this hobby, we find something new every week it seems.

          Thanks guys.

I think we need to clarify this a little Tom. You have found something new this week !! This is not a new variant, never seen before. I suspect there are many in collections.

          Here are a couple more
          cheers

Maybe so Graeme, but there are some serious IAB collectors that posted in this thread that have never seen these either

              Tom
If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

For sure Tom, a less common catch.

I just felt it should be pointed out, that even though others have not seen this variation, this was not a variation that had not been seen before, and several of the posts were pointing in that direction.

Just trying to be accurate I guess.

                cheers
