S&L Silver PAB- Oval crimp ?

I have a S&L PAB packet (silver) that I have been waiting to match with a badge. I picked up what I believe is a silver S&L oval crimp PAB that will go well with it.

Comments welcome, would love to see some other examples of this type.

    Thank you

It looks like it actually has hand filing on this one. There is a spot on reverse of the head and upper wing, also the reverse gun barrel area That the picture might pick up. Is hand filing a trait seen on these by others?

This thread looks like mine is the same batch as this one.

The finish is almost spot on. It appears hand finishing is present on this one too.

I should have titled S&L vertical crimp?

        Thank you

No, your badge is classed as an oval crimp.

The thread you pointed to, has some confusion going on

              Dan, your pics look great

              cheers

Levesque yours has a beautiful finish! The finish on mine is 50/50.

This makes the third now that has this hand finishing and all in the same areas.

I guess its safe to pair it with my S&L packet. I have been waiting to find one that would work.

Thank you for posting yours .
