Better pictures would be helpful, but I do not think this is a good one. It has several problems. The jump ring is not right, I think the stippling is not like the is not fingerprint like. Plus several other things.

Bad Wreath binder,,wreath, stipling, suspension ring joined at wrong place and is also a poor shape, etc,etc

I agree with the responses above, but the thing that really jumps out at me (from these awful pictures) is the lettering, which lacks, what I like to call 'the Human Touch'.
