Slightly concaved reverse.

We used to call these Junckers but now the feeling is the maker is unknown.

yours is a fairly common bronze grade
get a silver example and you'll be getting offers

The reverse pin, hinge and catch all still have the original bronze finish left on it in its natural state. The bronze finish is also still very much intact on the badge, but it has toned over the years to a more olivedrab color. This is common to S&L CCCs, but it is pretty well concluded that these are NOT S&L PABs.

As others have already pointed out, original, unknown maker.

A very nice design in my opinion, quite distinctive and a shame it appears to have lost all its finish.
