JFS GAB 50 - Opinions Please

GAB 50's are not normally something I would consider buying these days. What are your opinions? Looks OK to me based on photos

    Thanks in advance Gents.

I'd like to see a straight on picture of the eagle and some close-ups in focus...but from these it seems original IMHO!
          Cheers, Steve

Hi, it looks good from this pictures but my concern is the rivets, they look very dark,it should be aluminium, weight an measurements will help.

            regards,

            Eddie

For me to be comfortable I'd have to see a straight on shot of the hinge. There are some excellent fakes of this badge. On the fakes the indentation for the hinge goes almost to the rim of the badge. From the photos, this one gives me some cause for concern. I've enclosed a copy of the hinge on my JFS 25.

Put simply, it wouldn't be for me, but it appears to have a ton of support.

Hmm, I go along with the rivets being incorrect and I am not so comfortable with the eagle...and on further inspection the catch doesn't look right either, so I am not sure whether I can maintain that it is ok...This is a tough one but I'm erring on the side of a fake at this point! A good one but a fake nonetheless IMHO.
                              Cheers, Steve
