            Hi John

Looks like a Deumer attributed badge

            regards

              HI Graeme:

              Thank you,

Would Deumer have had a catch with base plate on the early ones? The catch looks original to the piece as the finish matches the rest of the badge,

              John

Not a bad find John, nice Deumer as Graeme says.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

                      Hi John......

......I have become particular about badges of late, by choosing just those badges that really 'speak' to me. The Deumer PAB so happens to fall into that category.

The next PAB that I decide to acquire will be a Deumer.

Thanks for sharing yours with us, it is indeed a very nice representative.

                        Hi Tom and Bruce:

                        Thanks for your comments.

This example surely seems to have seen the war.

                        Kindest Regards,

                        John

From here your badge looks like a buntmetal badge with the later style catch set up...very nice and rare PAB.

HI Dan and Steve...thanks for the comments, yeah this one sure looks like it saw the war and an interesting reverse set-up too I agree!

I can imagine it getting dinged up from being worn inside the confines of the Panzer...sometimes when I hold these things I wonder if the original owner survived the war....
