    Heer Flak Badge Opinion

Marked GH Osang, I'd like to know whether its original and if so, its value

    Hi Gene,

No one for me. Has very soft obverse detailing and the hardware is not typical of Osang badges. Hard to see the mark, but from what I can see, it definately doesn't match original Osang marks we see on their Flight badges.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Did GH Osang make heer flak badges?

      Not listed in Garlasco's book.

Eagles head looks a little funny. Sort of like a lizard.

They are not a KNOWN maker of flak badge, but that doesn't mean they didn't. IMO, its always good to look at the merits of the badge itself, and sometimes we find a new maker we have never seen before but is nonetheless original.

I'm a little late, but it's a bad one Gene.

                I once flew in a B-17, B-24, & a B-25. Next, I want to fire an 88 round.
